Some of the photos taken in Argentina were taken solely to
remember people and places. But some of them really caught
my attention just for their characteristics as photographs.
I've collected the ones that I like the best in this page.
I hope you enjoy it. For many of these, it's MUCH better if
you click on the photo and view the larger version.

What a great shot showing the camaraderie
of these four ladies. |
|
| Galo had a special relationship with Laura,
as he does with many different people. |
|
Definitely a happy family. |

I was happy to capture this photo of Agustín
and Aline. Art is often difficult to describe, but this to me
has an unusually... peaceful look. |
...Having a friendly, relaxed conversation. |

Abuela gives Martin a few pointers. hahaha |
| Pablo and others enjoy the sites in Rosario. |
|
...In the middle of some good jokes. |

Agustín, Aline, Mark, Eli and Pablo
enjoying an afternoon talk. |

| ECSES sings in Rosario. Here they're snapping
their fingers to a great song. |
| Eli shows me how traditional dancing is done. Me gusta! Pablo
took the action photo in the center. Thanks! |

Students at a school in the country. What
great kids. I only wish I could have known them better. I was
at their school for a few hours. What a great experience. |

I like the special effect in
this photo of this Renault Torino. However, I hope no one discovers
that the special effects were an accident. :-) |

...Hands at work with what was to be GREAT empanadas...
the best I've had. |

This is the same sidewalk on two very different
days... both are just beautiful. |

A tree on a side street in Paraná
caught the eyes of both Laura and me. Yes, the bark is green.
The prickers are a part of the tree. |

Here's one of my favorite...
a motorcyclist with an umbrella driving slowly down a side-street
in Libertador San Martin. |

Examine the cautious eyes that
appear to be ready for anything. |
| It's solely the colors and sunlight
pattern that attracts me to this picture. |

The left is only a cobblestone road in Rosario, but I liked
the way the light reflected on the street. It was taken as
a test shot, but I liked it. Look at the flame in the photo
to the right.
|
|
| ...Possibly my favorite. The Rosario sky was beautiful
and the circular bricks to the left with the dome roof and street
lights had such a great look. |
